I actually had no complaints with the place. My apartment was nice, clean and spacious, umm I had an upgraded unit for a great price as well. I'm a compulsive tanner so the tanning beds were a great added extra. Overall I loved the place.

My room rate wasn't too bad, and I lived in the front which is waaaaay better than living in the back. My apartment was clean and it was fairly large compared to my last apartment. I had a medium sized Chow mix puppy and the apartments do allow pets.
My room mates were cool so I can't complain. I can honestly say that I didn't have any complaints with the place. Occasionally my garbage disposal acted up but it was no biggie so I'd probably give the place a 4.5 to a 5. Just my opinion.

What can I say about UVCoast? Besides the normal sayings its cool or its amazing. I'd like to say that UVCoast is the place to live at. Not only is there a great and friendly staff in/out of the office but great amenities. UVCoast offers awesome events on the complex such as pool parties and tournaments like dodgeball. Upon moving from the dorms to UVCoast I was nervous that I would be involved on campus. In fact I am still involved on campus and now with UVCoast. UVCoast also has amazing rates and they do individual leases. The leases are great especially since they offer all inclusive packages perfect for a resident who is coming from the north. With technology growing so is UVCoast! They are always on facebook and each staff member has their email account accessible almost all the time. If a person asked me why I live at UVCoast, my answer: There is so much stuff to do and the interaction with residents at the events just makes a resident feel like they are part of the UVCoast family.

My semester is going better than expected & I am loving the apartment life so much! It's actually a lot quieter here than I thought it would be. If not for you (the staff), my sister and I wouldn't be living here! So thanks again:)
